Dear Ms. Yue:

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Assistant Marketing Manager that was recently advertised on Seoul Global Center. With years of experience in marketing in a variety of fields, including beauty, coupled with my creative and administrative capabilities, I believe I could make an excellent addition to the Axis-Y marketing team at Asia Master Trade.

I completed my degree in Fashion Design and Marketing in 2016, and since then, I have worked in various industries, all of which I have been passionate about. It is a principal of mine to work for businesses I wholeheartedly admire and support, as I can then put my all into my work. Even as a student, I spent my days working part-time for companies I wanted to help grow. When I work for a company, I always want to learn as much as I can while giving back by maximizing my abilities in ways I believe would best help these businesses flourish. Over the past few years, I believe I’ve learned a lot from assisting with the marketing departments of many different kinds of businesses.

When I came upon your listing, I was excited. The first business I ever worked for is a cosmetics retailer that opened in 2010, which led me to the development of my interest in beauty. Based in a city where battered buses and crowded jeepneys coat our streets in thick clouds of smoke, this business believed in prioritizing good skincare practices over hiding flaws through make-up. As a result, I’ve developed a high appreciation for skincare, and would love to work on promoting Axis-Y.

Should you be open to hiring someone from overseas and sponsoring a work visa, I truly believe I would be able to make a valuable contribution to Asia Master Trade. My CV is attached for your perusal— please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to the opportunity to further discuss this position.

Yours sincerely,
Lianne Sy
